Return Policy and Warranty

Product Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with all of our products. Items may be returned in original condition within 20 days of receipt of your shipment, after requesting a return authorization code from The Handwriting Clinic. A return authorization code may be requested by calling the clinic.

Once we receive the items in original resalable condition, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be made in the same form as your payment; payments by credit card will be refunded to your credit card, payments by check will be refunded by check. In either case, you have the option of receiving a credit to your account, instead of the direct refund.

Software Returns

A written statement verifying that the software has been removed from all computers must accompany all software returns.

First Strokes Limited Warranty

The Handwriting Clinic warrants that its products are suited for use for their intended purpose and meet applicable professional standards. The Handwriting clinic makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. At The Handwriting Clinics sole option, a refund of all or a portion of the purchase price (based upon the condition of the products), or a Replacement of materials, constitutes the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy, in lieu of all remedies and actual, consequential, special, incidental, or other damages in connection with product and any use or misuse thereof. The Handwriting Clinic will not, under any circumstances, be liable for purchaser's expenses for delays, for costs of substitute materials, or for possible lost income, grants, profits, or any other special or consequential damages that may result from using a product.

Some jurisdictions restrict certain limitation of warranties, so some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you.
